L'Moniteur is a platform that connects learners who wish to learn to drive with independent driving instructors. L'Moniteur acts exclusively as a technology intermediary.
- L'Moniteur is not a driving school and does not provide any driving lessons
- L'Moniteur does not provide training vehicles
- Instructors registered on the platform operate as independent professionals
- The contractual relationship for driving lessons is established directly between the learner and the instructor
- L'Moniteur only facilitates the connection, booking, and payment
2. Registration and Account
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 16 years old (or the legal driving age in Morocco)
- Provide a valid Moroccan phone number (+212)
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Not create multiple accounts
You are responsible for the security of your account and all activities performed under your account.
3. Driving Instructors
Instructors registered on the platform represent and warrant that they:
- Hold a valid driving license and qualifications required by Moroccan law
- Have a vehicle that meets safety standards and is properly insured
- Conduct their activity in compliance with applicable regulations
- Are responsible for the quality of lessons provided
L'Moniteur performs identity verification but does not guarantee the professional qualifications of instructors. Learners are encouraged to verify the instructor's documents before any lesson.
4. Limitation of Liability
As an intermediary platform, L'Moniteur disclaims all liability for:
- The quality, safety, or content of driving lessons provided by instructors
- Accidents, personal injury, or property damage occurring during driving lessons
- The condition, insurance, or compliance of vehicles used by instructors
- Results of driving license examinations
- Disputes between learners and instructors
- Indirect financial losses related to the use of the Service
L'Moniteur is in no way responsible for the acts, omissions, or negligence of instructors or learners. Each user uses the Service at their own risk.
5. Bookings and Payments
Booking conditions are as follows:
- Rates are freely set by each instructor
- Payment is made through the platform or directly between the parties
- L'Moniteur may charge service fees on each transaction
- Cancellations are subject to the conditions displayed at the time of booking
L'Moniteur does not guarantee instructor availability or booking confirmation.
6. User Obligations
Every user agrees to:
- Use the Service fairly and in accordance with the law
- Not use the Service for fraudulent purposes
- Respect other users of the platform
- Not bypass the platform to avoid service fees
- Report any inappropriate or dangerous behavior
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform (trademarks, logos, text, source code) is the exclusive property of L'Moniteur. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.
8. Suspension and Termination
L'Moniteur reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in the event of:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or dangerous behavior
- Repeated complaints from other users
- Non-compliance with applicable regulations
Suspension or termination may be carried out without prior notice in case of serious breach.
9. Insurance and Safety
Instructors are required to have insurance covering their professional activity and transported learners. L'Moniteur does not provide any insurance and does not cover any claims arising during lessons. Learners are strongly encouraged to verify the instructor's insurance coverage before any lesson.
10. Reviews and Ratings
Users may rate and leave reviews after each lesson. Reviews must be honest and respectful. L'Moniteur reserves the right to remove any abusive, defamatory, or fraudulent reviews.
11. Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any legal action. Failing that, the competent courts of Casablanca shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Changes to Terms
L'Moniteur reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
