- Authenticate your account via WhatsApp OTP
- Match learners with driving instructors
- Calculate distances between learners and instructors
- Manage bookings and payments
- Send notifications related to your bookings
- Improve the quality of our service
3. Location Data
The app uses your GPS location to:
- Show available instructors near you
- Calculate the distance between you and instructors
- Facilitate meeting points for driving lessons
You can disable location services at any time in your phone settings. Some features will be limited.
4. WhatsApp & Communications
We use the WhatsApp Business API to send OTP verification codes. Your phone number is shared with Meta (WhatsApp) solely for this purpose. We do not send promotional messages via WhatsApp without your consent.
5. Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure servers. Passwords and OTP codes are encrypted. Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device. We apply industry best practices to protect your information.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Your information may be shared with:
- Instructors/learners as part of a confirmed booking (name and phone number)
- Meta (WhatsApp) for sending OTP codes
- Competent authorities if required by law
7. Your Rights
In accordance with Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of personal data, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct your information
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Object to the processing of your data
8. Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. After account deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, except for data required for legal obligations.
