Safety and reporting

For learners

• Check that the person who arrives matches the profile photo.
• Prefer messaging in the app. Your number is shared only with the instructor of a confirmed booking.
• Ask before booking whether the car has dual controls.
• If you don't feel comfortable, you can cancel and book a female or another instructor.

For instructors

• Confirm the starting address by message before travelling.
• Don't give lessons beyond what your activity allows.
• Report any inappropriate behaviour by a learner from the booking.

How to report

Open the booking concerned and use "Report". Our team reviews every report and can suspend an account. In an emergency, contact the authorities first (police: 19, Royal Gendarmerie: 177).
