Instructor verification
Trust starts with transparency. Here is exactly what our team checks before activating an instructor profile, and what it doesn't.
What we check
ID card
The instructor sends their national ID card. We check it matches the profile name.
Instructor authorisation
The instructor sends their driving instructor authorisation. We check the name and that the document is present.
Photo
A recent photo of the instructor, so the learner knows who to expect.
Genuine reviews
Only a learner who completed a lesson with an instructor can review them.
What we don't check
- L'Moniteur is not a public authority: we do not issue or certify any authorisation.
- We don't inspect the vehicle used during the lesson. Ask the instructor before booking whether the car has dual controls.
- We don't attend lessons and don't guarantee passing the test.
A problem?
From a booking, use "Report" in the app, or contact us. An instructor can be suspended if a report is confirmed.
